decorated lobby tasty breakfast insane view several flights bathroom fan
I stayed in a beautifully decorated lobby. the breakfast tasted delicious (especially those smoked salmon pieces!). the view from my room was insane. I think it was the best view i have ever had on a ski resort.
i had to carry my luggage up several flights of stairs. the bathroom fan did not work, so there was no air flow.

the location was convenient to public transport. it was close to the train station.
My room was quite stuffy. It lacked adequate airflow and the bathroom fan was broken. i opened the window. Mosquitoes entered. Reaching the fourth floor meant navigating three flights of stairs. it was most inconvenient.

Fantastic stay near Flégère cable car
free upgrade fantastic service enjoyable stay
I received a complimentary upgrade to an apartment upon arrival. It was spacious and well-equipped for relaxation after hiking. The service was really good. I will definitely return here during future visits.
Guests on upper floors must use stairs.

i found a super spot for parking just across the street, it was free, which helped with our budget. the staff greeted me with smiles. i woke up to a beautiful mountain view from my room, such a treat!
I noticed that the walls seemed a bit thin, so sounds from other rooms traveled easily. This caused slight disturbances at night.

Staff members were friendly and always ready to help. Their positive attitude added a lot to the stay. a VERY tasty breakfast always started my day off right, setting a cheerful tone.

the hotel is a short walk from the train station, made traveling around very easy. a bus stops nearby and takes you to the center. it is very close to a skilift.
